Trading a EETH straddle lets you take a pure volatility position on ProShares Ether ETF without committing to a direction. ProShares Ether ETF's straddle involves buying (or selling) a call and a put at the same strike and expiration, profiting when the stock moves more (or less) than the combined premium implies. Use our scanner to evaluate EETH straddle pricing in real time and find the moments when expected moves are mispriced.

A long straddle on EETH profits from large moves in either direction and is a classic play into binary events like earnings, product announcements, or macro releases. A short straddle profits when ProShares Ether ETF stays range-bound and implied volatility contracts. The breakeven points are simple: strike plus total premium on the upside, strike minus total premium on the downside. Comparing the EETH straddle price to historical realized moves helps you judge whether the market is overpaying or underpaying for volatility.

EETH seeks to mirror the performance of ether (ETH) through standardized futures contracts traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). The fund invests primarily in USD cash-settled, front-month CME ether futures contracts while also considering back-month contracts. To maintain its exposure to ether, the fund replaces expiring futures contracts with new ones having later expiration dates. Additionally, the fund may utilize proceeds from reverse repurchase agreements as leverage to achieve the desired level of exposure. Investments are made via a wholly-owned Cayman Island subsidiary, capped at 25% at each quarter end.

Note that investing in ETH futures carries high risk, including the potential for total loss.

Earnings, product cycles, macro prints — any time volatility itself is the trade, the EETH straddle is the cleanest expression of that view. Our scanner prices every EETH straddle against historical realized moves, flags expirations where the market is overpaying or underpaying for vol, and ranks setups by breakeven width and IV rank. Whether you're long a EETH straddle into a catalyst or short a EETH straddle to harvest decay, the options straddle setups that matter are all in one place.
