The Invesco Building & Construction ETF (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Building & Construction Intellidex Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is comprised of securities of 30 US building and construction companies. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.
