Implied volatility is derived from option prices using models like Black-Scholes and represents the annualized expected move of an underlying stock. For PKB, tracking metrics like PKB IV rank helps traders understand whether current implied volatility is historically high or low. IV rank compares today's reading against the past year's range — a high rank on PKB signals rich premiums and potential mean-reversion, while a low rank may favor long options strategies.

The Invesco Building & Construction ETF (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Building & Construction Intellidex Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Index is comprised of securities of 30 US building and construction companies. These are companies that are primarily engaged in providing construction and related engineering services for building and remodeling residential properties, commercial or industrial buildings, or working on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as highways, tunnels, bridges, dams, power lines, and airports.

The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.
